ph2226 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You may close your ph2226 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, provided that all verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding compliance holds on the account.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 7, 10, 11, and 13.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. ph2226's decision on all gaming disputes, including the outcome of games and the settlement of bets, shall be final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
ph2226 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph2226 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
